1. Steve Martin (born Stephen Glenn Martin in Waco, TX on 14 August 1945) is a popular American comedian, screenwriter, actor and musician - the latter especially as a banjoist. He has recorded as Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers and as the duo Steve Martin & Edie Brickell.
While he has played banjo from an early age (and included music in his comedy routines from the beginning of his professional career)
