Intro: Db A Db A

     Db
True friends lie underneath,
              A
these witty words I don't believe
            Db A
I can't believe a damn thing they say, anymore
Dbm A E B C
Lie! Lie! Liar! Liar you'll pay for your sins
Dbm A E B
Lie! Lie! Liar! Liar you'll pay for your sins

Chorus:
   Dbm
So tell me how does it feel,
             A
how does it feel to be like you?
             E
I think your mouth should be quiet
           B C
Cause it never tells the truth now
   Dbm A
So tell me, so tell me why,
                             E
why does it have to be this way?
                       B C
Why can't things ever change?

Interlude: Db A Db A

        Db
Falling over, and over again
              A
From all the words that you have said
             Db A
It written on my heart for everyone to see
Db
From the place I was, to the place I am,

to the place I want to be
A
For the mountains I've been climbing over
             Db A
and under and over

Chorus:
   Dbm
So tell me how does it feel,
             A
how does it feel to be like you?
             E
I think your mouth should be quiet
           B C
Cause it never tells the truth now
   Dbm A
So tell me, so tell me why,
                             E
why does it have to be this way?
                       B C
Why can't things ever change?

Db Db
So come down now, come down from your tower now!
Db Db
Come down now from your tower, oh.
E B Db A
Come down, come down from your tower
E B Db A
Come down, come down from your tower, Oh oh oh, oh oh oh. x5

  1. -4 isn’t that bad because you don’t have to play Ab

  2. Queen Kookie

Try it at +1, I found that to be a lot easier.

  3. Abbydabbydoo2903

+3 is easier and sounds much better

  4. Instead of c play an A and instead of Db play a Dbm and it will sound better.

  5. By the album art and the title, I assumed you meant the real version of this song, but when I clicked on it, I found that this is the acoustic version! Can you please make a guide for the real one?
