Intro - play riff below or Db Ab Bbm Gb -:

Well, you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you’re so hot that I melted
  Bbm Gb
I fell right through the cracks, and I’m trying to get back

Before the cool done run out I’ll be giving it my best test
And nothing’s gonna stop me but divine intervention
  Bbm Gb
I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some

    Db Ab
But I won't hesitate no more,
            Bbm Gb
No more, it cannot wait I’m yours

Interlude: Db Ab Bbm Gb

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Bbm Gb
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love love
Listen to the music of the moment people dance and sing
We are just one big family
Bbm Gb Eb7
It’s your god forsaken right to be loved, loved, loved, loved

Db Ab
So, I won't hesitate no more,
         Bbm Gb
No more, it cannot wait I’m sure
Db Ab
There’s no need to complicate our time is short
Bbm Gb
This is our fate, I’m yours

-d-do do you but do you, d-d-do but you want to come one
Scooch one over closer dear and I will nibble your ear
Bap bap bap woooooo ho ho ooooh

I've been spending' way too long checking' my tongue in the mirror
And bending' over backwards just to try to see it clearer
My breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and laughed
I guess what I'm a saying’s there isn’t no better reason
To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons
It’s what we aim to do
Our name is our virtue

    Db Ab
But I won't hesitate no more,
            Bbm Gb
No more, it cannot wait I’m yours

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Bbm Ab
Look into your heart and you'll find, that the sky is yours

So please don’t, don’t please don’t
- There’s no need to complicated -
Cause our time is short
This is, this is, this is our fate
I’m yours

  1. thank you jason mraz i learnd a new song

  2. gazpachoking

    @hoodiemonster and anyone else:
If you transpose it -1 you get the original key. Although I do a different fingering for Abm than ukutabs shows you by default.

  3. hoodiemonster

-1 to stay in the original key!! x it could be B Gb Abm E x

    • I think in the chorus the chords C, A and F should come on “I“, “more” and “wait”…

  4. <3 it

  5. ellabella I recommend a soprano as it’s your first one but a concert would work fine too I have both and I like the soprano more but yeah

  6. doodleroftheukulele

      The chords are a bit difficult at first but hang in there! So much fun once I got the hang of it. Be patient c;

  18. Great, thx!

  19. Just saying, the chord at the end of the 2nd verse should be D7. :) x

  20. Anonymous

I believe that the missing note in the second verse is a B flat.

    • What missing cord? I think the song sounds fine.

      • Totally! If u think there is a missing chord, your stupid!!

      • “If you think there is a missing chord, *you’re* stupid”

      • All of the chords are wrong. The intro shown above uses the B Major scale whereas the rest of the song uses C Major. To fix this click the [-1] button at the top to make the entire song B Major.

The actual chords (which are used in the intro tab) are B, F#, G#m, and E. Play E as shown in the tab and not the non-barre version shown at the top.

Hope this clears up any confusion from what ‘Anonymous’ is trying to convey. There are very few songs that jump from one scale to another and this isn’t one of them.

      • Very true the song sounds perfectly fine to me

        So I am not dumb

        Haha lol

      • olivia knows best

OK! if u think there is a missing chord, or you think this chord sheet is inaccurate, THEN GO FIND ANOTHER SITE FOR GODS SAKE! this is not the only chord sheet ya know! theres youtube, so maybe you should go check it out! its easy and free! and maybe you will be happier with the chords, so just shoo if you don’t like it, and don’t even bother putting a nasty comment.

      • There are no Chores missing
        Thé Song is beauttiful

      • There are no Chores missing
        Thé Song is beauttiful

      • rickyhorrorseyelash

the song is bad anyway no offence

      • lol people got angry because of an error anon found. it isnt a nasty comment it is an observation (and its from 2012)

    • It not I think ur wrong

      • Chillax guys, it’s only a song. If you really are that pissed at him, go use another website.

    • ITS NOT

    • A good tip is if you’re wearing long sleeves roll up the the arm of your strumming hand

    • Sweetest Dech

      Mmmm I don’t think so…

    • Lovergirl123

Ok. I think it sounds fine!! But that’s my opinion

    • Nah it’s fine

    • I think you guys should go outside and learn some social skills. Have any of you heard of an opinion? If they want to play it with a Bb (a small b means flat, if you have heard of music theory), they can play it with a Bb. This isn’t complicated, nor am I gonna sit here and read your self-centered and mindless replies without talking about it. If they play it with a Bb, it’s not gonna hurt anybody. All that Anonymous wanted to do is see if anyone agreed with them, not get bombarded with hurtful replies without any GODDAMN GRAMMAR. All of you go back to ****ing Kindergarden AND LEARN HOW TO PLAY NICE. Especially you, Sade. |You’re| (YOU LEARNED THIS IN 4-6TH GRADE) a moron.

      • You need to calm down XD

      • Asriel Dreemurr

Mate, you can’t go on about hurtful replies and playing nice but shout at people. And the swearing’s a bit much, there’s young people on this site. Maybe read what you type and think, “hey, is this going to sound kind of hypocritical?” Sure, those other shouldn’t have been rude in the first place but you can’t reply back angrily and think it’ll fix everything.

      • i know this has nothing to do with your comment, but your username is amazing.

      • Hey calm down dnt be rude gosh get a grip!

      • I think you could do all of us a favor by goi outside and learning some social skills yourself.

      • Geez lol how did this get so weird its just a song and ya Chez Whiz just leave ppl alone to deal with their own problems lol

      • I agree, everyone is freaking out! If you don’t like it that much, why don’t you go to a different website or watch a video or something? Geez…

      • You guys, it’s just a song. If you’re that mad, go use another website. :Cheez Whiz”, I think you went too far with the “Going back to *Beep*ing Kindergarten. But, I do agree that people need to be nicer to other people.

      • Finally, I have found my love

      • Be respectful to other people dude, not everyone is out to get you.

      • wow. justwow

      • Calm down man, I agree with these points but don’t go after people for incorrect grammer/spelling it’s not hurting you it’s just annoying, and also what if Sade is a 3rd grader they wouldn’t know that stuff yet.

      • @Cheez Whiz calm down! It’s just an opinion. Also, if you are mad at them, then look at yourself! You are cursing in front of people and little ones may even see it. Can’t you play nice? Who cares if @sade wrote your instead of you’re? I think that you should go to kindergarten and learn to not curse.

      • thank you for pointing this out! im sick of people getting worked up about someones opinion. I peronally like changng up some chords to make it sound how i want it to and thats fine!

      • Hey guys… we are all ukulele lovers here. How about, we DON’T get so worked up and offended over every little thing. If you don’t like the chord, than change it, or just learn to like it ok? We just need to build each other up and not break each other down, so can’t we all just take a chillaxitive and back off? Ok thanks.

    • whats the strumming pattern i dont know how to find it

    • MarissaGamesYT

Yes, the missing cord was B Flat in the second verse. Agreed.

    • No one is stupid
I dont think there is a missing chord though

    • aliesland

Cool tab. I do not think that there is a missing chord.

    • I don’t think hat there is any mission chord in the second verse. It sounds fine to me

    • does it really matter?
      No it dosen’t

    • Seems okay I guess…
      No swears anyways….
      I like these dots…
      Okay I’ll stop…

    • I think it is fine…
      I like these dots….
      I did it again…
