Verse:
Dsus4
I'm drawn in
Dsus4
Etched into this
Dsus4
It's part of me
Dsus4
It’s under my skin
Dsus4
And I'm addicted tonight
Dsus4
There is no wait
Dsus4
I've got to satiate
Dsus4
This burning feeling in my throat
Dsus4
I'm not playing it safe
Dsus4 B5
And it's getting late
B5 Db5
Wasted on this feeling
D5
Helpless to this call

Chorus:
Dsus4
Never going home again
Dsus4
Turn the lights out when you’re leaving
Dsus4
Never going home again
Dsus4
Don’t wait up for me I'm not leaving

Verse:
Dsus4
Falling in
Dsus4
Inch by inch
Dsus4
I'm not resisting
Dsus4
And I'm addicted tonight
Dsus4
There is no wait
Dsus4
I've got to satiate
Dsus4
This burning feeling in my throat
Dsus4
I'm not playing it safe
Dsus4 B5
And it's getting late
B5 Db5
Wasted on this feeling
D5
Helpless to this call

Chorus:
Dsus4
Never going home again
Dsus4
Turn the lights out when you’re leaving
Dsus4
Never going home again
Dsus4
Don’t wait up for me
Dsus4
I'm not leaving

Verse:
B5
Falling in
     Db5
Inch by inch
Db5 Gb5
I'm not resisting
Gb5 E5 Db5 B5

Okay guys! So the first part makes no sense on this, so I’d thought I’d help out since I was confused, too. For the opening I would recommend playing this tablature twice:

A———0——0—————0——
E——0——0——0——0———-
C—1———————2—————
Also there doesn’t need to be any thing with the g-string, hopefully you know how to read tabletures 🙂 Another reminder is that if you need help with the timing of this, listen to the beginning on YouTube, and that is the pattern you would want to do!

Mira Black

Who said that every wish
Would be heard and answered
When wished on the morning star
Somebody thought of that
And someone believed it
And look what it’s done so far
What’s so amazing
That keeps us star gazing
What so we think we might see

uh I’m pretty sure the lyrics are shortened? There’s a lot missing I think…

Michael

This is all wrong! You are missing like half of the song! PLUS… the intro makes no sense at all.

Playing this for my dad’s birthday today and am extremely excited

“Ooooohh and that I think it could be” I believe the correct lyric is “IT’S SOMETHING THAT I’M SUPPOSE TO BE”

Endormi3

On the last line of the first verse (on 0) it’s Dbm7 and Gbmaj (F#maj) instead of A and Gbm 🙂
