Intro -x4-: Gb Abm Ebm

Verse:
Abm Ebm
So what's it to you?
                      Abm
You're down another 8 ball
                         Ebm
And haven't even got the cue
Abm Ebm
And you look dreadful
                             Abm
When you jump to what you resort to
                                  Ebm
Singing "Charles, we ain't gonna hurt you"
             -nc-
When there's xxxx-all-else to do

Chorus:
Gb Abm Ebm
You could eat the foam from the headrest
Gb Abm Ebm
You could knock the wind out of my breath
Gb Abm Ebm
You could kick the teeth into my head
Gb Abm Ebm
There's no cause for concern

Refrain:
Abm Ebm
So what's it to you?

You're down another 8 ball
                      Abm
And haven't even got the cue
Abm Ebm
And you look dreadful
                             Abm
When you jump to what you resort to
                                  Ebm
Singing "Charles, we ain't gonna hurt you"
              -nc-
When there's xxxx-all-else to do

Chorus:
Gb Abm Ebm
You could eat the foam from the headrest
Gb Abm Ebm
You could knock the wind out of my breath
Gb Abm Ebm
And you could kick the teeth into my head
Gb Abm Ebm
Still, there's no cause for concern

When I play it on piano, I always do this:

C
Doe, a deer, a female deer.
Dm
Ray, a drop of golden sun.
Em
Me, a name I call myself.
F
Far, a long long way to run.

You’re really just going up the C scale for that part. (literally doing do-re-mi-fa). If you like the way the first three chords sound, they’re okay. But the fourth is definitely an F.

The second half looks really good! Great job.

Domecq

Nice but this isnt complete though. Its missing the intro, i hope you add it. Thank you?

James

Thank you! Could you please add the intro? And the second section (when you know the notes to sing, you can sing most anything). That would be amazing : ) )

Ukulelelife

I think on the last line its “And that will bring us back to do so do”
This is a great tab btw ?

ray toro is god

Ray, a drop of golden sun

B3LLPEPPER

I found -3 to be the easiest one if anyone needs anything a little easier. I did down strums on it.

B3LLPEPPER

nvm I just realised how hard E is XD

DanceLikeStarlight

i believe this song is called Doe a Deer or Do-Re-Me, not Do a Deer.

Sunny

What’s the strumming pattern? Or is it just single downward strums?

Alex

Hi. I haven’t used this site in a while. Where do I find the strum pattern for this song?
