Alternative, maybe easier, version:
  • Transpose the chords 4 half steps down [ -4 ]
  • Put a capo on fret 4 to stay in the same key

I’d like to point out some of the lyrics are wrong. i.e
Your version: Like colors and arms so bright just before they lose it all
Taylor Swift version: like the colors in autumn so bribht just before they lose it all.
Your version: But love could be that strong,
Taylor Swift version: That love could be that strong
Your version: Telling us time now, gotta let it go
Taylor Swift version: Tell myself it’s time now gotta let it go
Your version: And burning RED
Taylor Swift version: In burning RED
Your version: Losing you was blue
Taylor Swift version: Losing him was blue
Your version: And that’s alright he’s spinnin’ round in my can’t stop turnin’ burnin’ RED
Taylor Swift: And that’s why he’s spinning around in my head comes back to me burning RED

Just minor mistakes :), other than that great tutorial!

Umm.. Heyy! I want to point out, that when I learn from different websites! They have different Chords. I used F Am G, then in the first line in all the choruses it changes to F C G, then back to F Am G for the rest of the chorus. I don’t know if anybody else knows the version I do!

UkeLuvah

If you change the key to -4, then you can get the easier way to play it

Sammie

The tablature at the top works for +1, not 0

In the second verse where it says “wishing you never found love, but love could be that strong,” it’s actually “wishing you never found out that love could be that strong.” I could be wrong but it makes more sense like that anyway 🙂

Why are all the lyrics so wrong it’s so distracting when you’re reading the music

kim

Kath

Strumming?

EmoScotchTape

Idk why but the version here is transposed up 4, so it’s good without a capo.
