play as it shows with no transposition and replace Am7 with standard Am. Do not do anything with other chords, it will sound and be correct.
I personally think that replacing the Dm’s with F’s sounds better.
i agree that Am7 should be replaced as Am and Dm as F, but for the bridge around the end i suggest keeping the Dm since its different

Despite the others, this song works quite well with a baritone uke. I recommend a lot if you use one. (p.s. i use a love 4 string so it may make my chords sound more correct)
For me personally the Am7 sounds better as an Am.
