How to play Keep Your Head Up on ukulele
The strumming pattern that fits is the island strum: d – d u – u d u. Expect a brisk pace, around 138 bpm. On this page the song is in C major. I rate the chords skilled, a fair middle ground. Bounce lightly on the up-strums to match the song's sunny lift.

play as it shows with no transposition and replace Am7 with standard Am. Do not do anything with other chords, it will sound and be correct.
i agree that Am7 should be replaced as Am and Dm as F, but for the bridge around the end i suggest keeping the Dm since its different
I personally think that replacing the Dm’s with F’s sounds better.
Despite the others, this song works quite well with a baritone uke. I recommend a lot if you use one. (p.s. i use a love 4 string so it may make my chords sound more correct)
me not like the cords, they no sound right 🙁
strumming pattern
Try the -5 it’s not that bad
I dunno about this one… I tried playing it but it just didn’t sound right.
I love this song!
For me personally the Am7 sounds better as an Am.
I agree it sounds better Am7 as Am
And Dm as F
Great song…. horrible chords

These chords do not work at all, whoever wrote these is tone deaf
