Intro: E B Am E

Verse 1:
      E B
Can I wish on a star for another life?
          Dbm B
'Cause it feels like I'm all on my own tonight
      A B
And I find myself in pieces
          E B
There are pills on the table and a thought in my head
      Dbm E
And I walk through the halls where I used to be led
   A B
My heart is filled with reasons

Pre-Chorus:
              E B
I'm trying to be somebody else
               Am E
I'm finding it hard to love myself
               E B
I've wanted to be somebody new
              Am E
But that is impossible to do

Chorus:
                  E B
I'm running out of my mind
              Dbm B
Is this really, my life?
                  E B
I'm running out of time
                  Dbm B
Is this really my life? My life

Instrumental: E B Dbm B

Verse 2:
        E B
I could run from it all but I'd only get lost
         Dbm B
Oh, I've walked down the Bridge that I shouldn't have crossed
      A B
And I find myself, a user
      E B
Oh, I wake every day with addictions to feed
         Dbm B
They all call me a friend but I'll never be freed
         A B
From the face of a faithless future

Pre-Chorus:
              E B
I'm trying to be somebody else
               Am E
I'm finding it hard to love myself
               E B
I've wanted to be somebody new
              Am E
But that is impossible to do

Chorus:
                  E B
I'm running out of my mind
              Dbm B
Is this really, my life?
                  E B
I'm running out of time
                  Dbm B
Is this really my life? My life

Refrain:
E B Dbm
These years pass by and we're growing older
                  B
And I think of you, oh we've made it through
E B
Some have passed away, some have moved on
Dbm B
But I'm still here today -I'm here today-

Instrumental:
   E B Dbm B
   E B Dbm B
   E B Dbm B
   E B Am E

Refrain:
E B Dbm
These years pass by and I am growing older
                  B
And I think of you, now we've made it through
E B
Some have passed away, there's no words to say
Dbm B E B Dbm
No second tries, is this my life?
                  B
And I think of you

Chorus:
                  E B
I'm running out of my mind
              Dbm B
Is this really, my life?
                  E B
I'm running out of time
                  Dbm B
Is this really my life? My life
