G If it hurts this much, Em Then it must be love, Em And it's a lottery, G I can't wait to draw your name. Oh I'm trying to get to you, Em But time isn't on my side, if the truths the worst I could do, C then I guess that I have lied. D Keeping me awake, Em It's been like this now for days, G My heart is out at sea, C My head all over the place, D I'm losing sense of time, Em And everything tastes the same, G I'll be home in a day, I fear that's a month too late. G D That night I slept, Em D C On your side of the bed so, G D It was ready when you got home, G D G D We're like noughts and crosses in that C G D Opposites always attract. G You've taken me to the top, Em And let me fall back south Em You've had me at the top of the pile, G And then had me kissing the ground Em We've heard and seen it all, G No ones talked us out, Em The problems that have come C Haven't yet torn us down. D Em Am I keeping you awake, if I am then just say, G C You can make your own decisions; you can make your own mistakes, D Em I'll live and let die all the promises you made, G But if you lie another time, it'll be a lie that's too late. G D That night I slept, Em D C On your side of the bed so, G D It was ready when you got home, G D G D We're like noughts and crosses in that C G D Opposites always attract. G, D, C, G - palm-mute - G D You always have your way, C For now its to soon for you to say, G will we be always always? - ^ palm-mute x2 then strum hard x3 - G D You've had your way, C You've had your way, G You've had your way. - ^palm-mute -
I suggest using a D instead of a D7 during the la te da part
Jus as a suggestion for D7, if you can’t do it, don’t do D. Try putting your index finger on first string, second fret, and your middle finger on third string, second fret. That is D7 too, just an octave higher.
best way to play the riff to brown eyed girl
for beginner
I LOVE THE SONG IT IS VERY GOOD AND FUN TO SING AND PLAY ON THE UKULELE THE 0 IS REALLY EASY AND THE +6 SO MUCH FUN THANK YOU????
This actually is very close but the song and chords should really be in C like the original. so instead of G C G D it would be C F C G. its not only easier but also how the song was originally written
this should be an accurate tab for the riff. I have never made one, so I’m not sure if there are any rules with the hyphens. it’s fairly simple. If you have a hard time playing both of the strings at the same time, then you can play just the riff on the E string and it’s the same just doesn’t have as much sound to it! 🙂 Hope my first tab was helpful.
C ——————————————————————
G ——————————————————————
E —3—5—7—-5—3—8—10—12—10—8—-3—5—7—-5—3
A —2—3—5—-3—2—7—-8—10—-8—7—-2—3—5—-3—2
C —————————————————-
G —2————————————————
E —2—-3—-5—-3—-2—-[3]——————— x2 all the way
A —————————————————- through the riff, then add on the [3] at the E string the last time playing through.
What’s the best strum pattern for this I am struggling with the Sha la la part in particular my current pattern doesn’t flow well
Good song
Transpose down to -7
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
