Hey, thanks for your work. I love this song. But what is the strum for it?
i just strum one down stroke each chord. (in some parts i add 2 down strokes). it sounds kinda similar to the acoustic version imo and this way you can play this as slow as you like
If you’re feeling sassy you can substitute that last G chord for a G7
Whap a B chord before the am, its a nice lift.
Thank you!
Thank you so much for this! I’ve loved this song since Bioshock Infinite and have been looking for accurate chords! Thanks so much!
Yes please what is the best strum for this song? I cant find it anywhere!
Hey guys, got a quick remark about this song. The lyrics are wrong. I play this song on fiddle and it’s a folk song that is a good song for church revivals. When you play feel like you’re in the Carter Family (they wrote the song). The song is typically played in a quick tempo with somebody doing a chop in the background. But, it’s like I said the lyrics are all messed up. I’m not sure if this is used in a video game, but it’s played by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Johnny Cash, The Stanley Brothers and other people.
