Verse:
F Bb
I wanna play with your race cars
C
I'm not a barbie doll, throw me a baseball
F Bb C
I wanna get on your team and get my hands a little dirty
C
I heard from a little birdie that
F Bb
You don't think I can take it
            C
Or that i'm made for it
          Bb
Or that i got it in my bones

Chorus:
Bb
So what makes you think that
Dm Bb
It's boys only, no girls allowed
F C Dm
But there's no way, you can keep us out
                   Bb
You can't bring us down
F C
If i feel it burning in my core then
Dm Bb F
I'll take that bright little spark
                  C Dm
And i'll hold it, tighter in my heart
                     Bb
Than all your little darts
F C
If you say i'll never reach the moon
                         F
I'll send you a postcard soon

Verse:
F Bb C
What if he's into fashion, or if he likes ballet
C
Doesn't get the time of the day
F Bb
'cause he's built for the field
                   C
But feels like his love is somewhere else
C
No matter what he felt. They
F Bb
Told him he couldn't take it
                 C
'cause he's not made for it
           Bb
He doesn't have it in his bones

Chorus:
Bb
So what makes you think that
Dm Bb
It's girls only, no boys allowed
F C Dm
But there's no way, you can keep us out
                   Bb
You can't bring us down
F C
If i feel it burning in my core then
Dm Bb F
I'll take that bright little spark
                  C Dm
And i'll hold it, tighter in my heart
                     Bb
Than all your little darts
F C
If you say i'll never reach the moon
