Intro: Gbm A E B

Verse:
Gbm
Always in a rush
A
Never stay on the phone long enough
E B
Why am I so self-important?
Gbm
Said I'd see you soon
A
But that was, oh, maybe a year ago
E B
Didn't know time was of the essence
Gbm
So many questions
A
But I'm talking to myself
E B
I know that you can't hear me anymore

Not anymore
Gbm
So much to tell you
A
And most of all goodbye
E B
But I know that you can't hear me anymore

Chorus:
        Gbm
It's so loud,
   A
Inside my head
        E
With words that I,
            B
Should have said.
      Gbm
As I drown,
    A
In my regrets,
      E
I can't take back,
    B Gbm
the words I never said
A
I never said
     E
I can't take back,
    B Gbm
The words I never said

Verse:
Gbm
Always talking xxxx
A
Took your advice and did the opposite
E B
Just being young and stupid
Gbm
I haven't been all that you could've hoped for
A
But if you'd held on a little longer
E B
You'd have had more reasons to be proud

Gbm
So many questions
A
But I'm talking to myself
E B
I know that you can't hear me anymore

Not anymore
Gbm
So much to tell you
A
And most of all goodbye
E B
But I know that you can't hear me anymore

Chorus:
       Gbm
It's so loud,
   A
Inside my head
        E
With words that I,
            B
Should have said
      Gbm
As I drown,
    A
In my regrets
      E
I can't take back,
   B Gbm
The words I never said
         A
I never said,
     E
I can't take back,
     B
The words...

Bridge:
             Gbm
The longer I stand here
               A
The louder the silence
                   E B
I know that you're gone but sometimes I swear that I hear
                    Gbm
Your voice when the wind blows
                 A
So I talk to the shadows
                    E B
Hoping you might be listening 'cos I want you to know

Chorus:
        Gbm
It's so loud,
   A
Inside my head
        E
With words that I,
            B
Should have said.
      Gbm
As I drown,
    A
In my regrets,
      E
I can't take back,
    B Gbm
The words I never said
A
I never said
     E
I can't take back,
    B Gbm
The words I never said
A
I never said
     E
I can't take back,
    B Gbm
The words I never said
