Intro -x2-: Am G Fmaj7 G

Verse:
 Am G
a cold and frosty morning, there's not a lot to say
           Fmaj7 G
About the things caught in my mind
   Am G
And as the day was dawning, my plane flew away
             Fmaj7 G
With all the things caught in my mind

Pre-Chorus:
 F Am
And I wanna be there when you're, coming down
F G
And I wanna be there when you hit the ground

Chorus:
                C G
So don't go away, say what you say
                  Am G
Say that you'll stay, forever and a day
                    F G
In the time of my life, 'cause I need more time
                 Am G F
Yes I need more time just to make things right

Verse:
Am G
Damn my situation, and the games I have to play
           Fmaj7 G
With all the things caught in my mind
Am G
Damn my education, I can't find the words to say
         Fmaj7 G
With all the things caught in my mind

Pre-Chorus:
F Am
And I wanna be there when you're, coming down
F G
And I wanna be there when you hit the ground

Chorus:
                C G

Yes I need more time just to make things right

Fm C G Am G

All we seem to know is how to show the feelings

In the time of my life, 'cause I need more time
                 Am G F
Yes I need more time just to make things right
