Verse 1:
G Am D Am7
The boy with the thorn in his side
           C D
Behind the hatred there lies
  G Am D Am7 C D
a murderous desire for love
             G Am D
How can they look into my eyes
                       Am7
And still they don't believe me?
C D G Am D
How can they hear me say those words
                   Am7
Still they don't believe me?
C D G Am D
And if they don't believe me now
            Am7 C
Will they ever believe me?

Will they ever, they ever, believe me?

During the chorus when Bb, C and F are played, does that sound off to anyone? This is such a fun song, it just sounds strange…

Is there anyway you ca. Write the chords through the full song it’s annoying having to constantly scroll back up

sarah

excuse me whyyyy put the chords in

maddyjojo

The F is definitely not right, I’ve been going back to C instead and adding a little d,u,d,u pattern for C to jazz it up

Amy

It would be nice of all the chords were there because I like to sing with the lyrics but I don’t have all the chords memorized on the first play…love the song just I don’t like having to go back and forth just to play it. : ) thanks

Judith

It would be great if you could add the intro and the instrumental part in the middle of the song

Tanner the Tenor

I think C should be Cadd9.

Jimbo

+2 sounds bettee

liaissherlocked
