Intro - x2 -: Ebm Db Gb B Gb Db--

Verse:
Gb
Well I came home
         B
Like a stone
             Gb Db
And I fell heavy into your arms
               Gb
These days of dust
              B
Which we've known
          Gb Db
Will blow away with this new sun

Pre-Chorus:
Ebm Db Gb
And I'll kneel down
  B Gb Db
Wait for now
    Ebm Db Gb
And I'll kneel down
  B Gb Db
Know my ground

Chorus:
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you

Interlude - x4 -: Gb

Verse:
Gb
So break my step
      B
And relent
      Gb Db
You forgave and I won't forget
                Gb
Know what we've seen
             B
And him with less
            Gb Db
Now in some way, shake the excess

Chorus:
Gb
Cause I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you

Verse:
Gb
Now I'll be bold
            B
As well as strong
        Gb Db
Use my head alongside my heart
           Gb
So take my flesh
           B
And fix my eyes
              Gb Db
That tethered mind free from the lies

Pre-Chorus:
Ebm Db Gb
And I'll kneel down
B Gb Db
Wait for now
    Ebm Db Gb
I'll kneel down
B Gb Db
Know my ground

Interlude - x2 -: Gb Db Ebm B Gb Db

Bridge:
 Gb Db Ebm
Raise my hands
  B Gb Db
Paint my spirit gold
  Gb Db Ebm
And bow my head
  B Gb Db
Keep my heart slow

Chorus:
Gb
Cause I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you
Gb
And I will wait,
                   Bbm Db
I will wait for you

I will wait for you

In my opinion, DDUDU played really fast works great, and on the pre-chorus, only one strum per chord.

E A S T I S U P
