Intro:
G D
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah

Verse 1:
                      D
I'm missing all those summer nights
                 A
Running with the fireflies
               Bm
Dancing in the rain
                      G D
Counting every single plane that's flying by

It's not a place you go to
                      A
It's more a place you travel through
                     Bm
It doesn't look like much
                       G
But it's way more than enough
            D
It fits me right

Pre-Chorus:
            G
And you can take me far away
                  Bm
But you can never take this part of me
        G
You can take me far away
                     A
But some things never change

Chorus:
           G
When I see clouds, I see faces
           D Bm
When I see roads, I see places where we could go
                              A
When I meet strangers, I say "Hello"
                                       G
I come from where the wild wildflowers grow
                            D
When I hear thunder, I sing along
                                     Bm
'Cause I'm the daughter of where I'm from
                                   A
a starlit sky will always guide me home
                                       G
I come from where the wild wildflowers grow

Verse 2:
                   D
I miss my parents' living room
                      A
a little mud under my shoes
                       Bm
And though I'm feeling blessed
                  G D
I get weary in my chest from time to time

Pre-Chorus:
             G
And you can take me far away
                   Bm
But you can never take this part of me -take this part-
         G
You can take me far away
                       A
But some things never change

Chorus:
           G
When I see clouds, I see faces
           D Bm
When I see roads, I see places where we could go
                              A
When I meet strangers, I say "Hello"
                                       G
I come from where the wild wildflowers grow
                            D
When I hear thunder, I sing along
                                     Bm
'Cause I'm the daughter of where I'm from
                                   A
a starlit sky will always guide me home
                                       G D
I come from where the wild wildflowers grow
                                       Bm A
I come from where the wild wildflowers grow

Outro:
           G
When I see clouds, I see faces
           D Bm
When I see roads, I see places where we could go
                              A
When I meet strangers, I say "Hello"
                                       G
I come from where the wild wildflowers grow
