Intro: Cmaj7 Gmaj7 D Gmaj7

Verse 1:
                           Cmaj7
She's always asking 'Am I alright?'
                         Gmaj7
As if auspicious saw in my pint
                         D
I find the answer or a good night
                             Gmaj7
Thank god that time is short
                            Cmaj7
And yes you always do that one thing
                          Gmaj7
When you wrinkle up the nose Bridge
                                D
I'm trying to figure out what that meant
                     Gmaj7
I took it as a taunt

Chorus:
                               Cmaj7
Remember when that night at school
       Gmaj7
Oh did anybody ever say no to you
        D Gmaj7
Oh did anybody ever say no to you, woah-oh
                        Cmaj7
I don't think I have a clue
              Gmaj7
Cause oh did anybody ever say no to you
         D Gmaj7
Oh did anybody ever say no to you, woah-oh

Verse 2:
                                   Cmaj7
You're always trying to leave the table
                         Gmaj7
Focus toilet breaks and stable
                             D
And don't you think we can all tell
                Gmaj7
You're insecure, you're insecure
                            Cmaj7
I guess I always knew that one thing
                          Gmaj7
When I get too drunk and jumping
                               D
To figure out what makes your brain tick
               Gmaj7
I'm a listener, I'm a listener

Chorus:
                             Cmaj7
Remember when that night at school
              Gmaj7
Cause oh did anybody ever say no to you
         D Gmaj7
Oh did anybody ever say no to you, woah-oh
                        Cmaj7
I don't think I have a clue
               Gmaj7
Cause oh did anybody ever say no to you
         D Gmaj7
Oh did anybody ever say no to you, woah-oh
       Cmaj7 Gmaj7
Woo!
                D Gmaj7 Cmaj7 Gmaj7
I don't think so
                       D Gmaj7
Cause I don't think so

Outro:
                          Cmaj7
Get that number from the catcall
                           Gmaj7
As you're dashing out the front door
                               D
You claim to try to trash the cat talk
                           Gmaj7
Thank god the time is short
                            Cmaj7
And yes you always do that one thing
                                    Gmaj7
'Cause when you throw and trash me under, yeah
               D
I'm trying to figure out what that means
