Intro:
    D Gbm G -x11-
    Bm Gbm G -x2-
    Gbm G D Fm G

Verse:
       D
We're never done with killing time
                   Gbm
Can I kill it with you?
                            G
'Til the veins run red and blue
    D
We come around here all the time
                  Gbm
Got a lot to not do
                     G
Let me kill it with you

Pre-Chorus:
             D
You pick me up and take me home again

 Head out the window again
       Gbm G
We're hollow like the bottles that we drain
                D
You drape your wrists over the steering wheel

 Pulses can drive from here
Gbm G
We might be hollow, but we're brave

Chorus:
            D
 And I like you

I love these roads where the houses don't change
           Gbm
-and I like you-

Gbm G
Where we can talk like there's something to say
            D
-and I like you-

D Gbm
I'm glad that we stopped kissing the tar on the highway
                         G
We move in these tree streets
                    D
I'd like it if you stayed

Verse:
D Gbm
Now we're wearing long sleeves and the heating comes on
                        G
 -You buy me orange juice-
G
 We're getting good at this
D
 Dreams of clean teeth

I can tell that you're tired
        Gbm
But you keep the car on
             G
 While you're waiting out front

Pre-Chorus:
            D
You pick me up and take me home again

 Head out the window again
       Gbm G
We're hollow like the bottles that we drain
                D
You dig your wrists over the steering wheel

 Pulses can drive from here
Gbm G
We might be hollow, but we're brave

Chorus:
              D
   And I like you

I love these roads where the houses don't change
           Gbm
-and I like you-

Gbm G

            D
-and I like you-
D Gbm
I'm glad that we stopped kissing the tar on the highway
                        G

                          Bm
I'd like it if you -stay- We're never

 done with killing time
                   Gbm
Can I kill it with you?

the people who say the lyrics are wrong: there are many different versions of ABBA, the musicals, the movie and the originals- it’s okay if they are not the OG-it’s still good old ABBA.

I never knew those were the words… I thought “Mama Mia, does it show again?” was “Mama Mia, does the show again.” Great song 😀

Max

Goddammit people, no lyrics are wrong! I listen to the song while playing and nothing is wrong. However at the end the og version has another “yes, I’ve been broken-hearted. Blue sconce the day we parted. Why, why did I ever let you go. Mamma Mia, now I really know. My, my I should not have let you go.” Before the outro.
