Elisabeth “Lissie” Maurus (born November 21, 1982 in Rock Island, Illinois, USA), is an American folk rock artist and Paste Magazine’s #1 best new solo artist of 2010. Lissie has released 4 studio albums, 1 live album and 5 EPs. She released her EP, Lissie, in 2007 and her debut album, Catching a Tiger, was released in June 2010. Lissie’s latest album “Castles” was released on March 23, 2018.
