This song is amazing. Love it. Although the E chords should be replaced with D. Sounds a lot better. Just imagine playing the E chords instead of the D chord in the song in front of Simon Cowell. You would be so embarrassed.

I have no idea what the strum pattern is but I use my own and I think that the E should be a D

The E in the bridge and in the second pre-chorus doesn’t soung right. It sounds better as a D.

I think the E chords are definitely typos because they really don’t fit into the song, they should be D in my opinion.

Alicia Augello Cook (born January 25, 1981), better known by her stage name Alicia Keys, is an American recording artist, musician and actress. She was raised by a single mother in the Hell’s Kitchen area of Manhattan in New York City, New York, United States. At age seven, Keys began to play classical music on the piano. She attended Professional Performing Arts School and graduated at 16 as valedictorian. She later attended Columbia University before dropping out to pursue her music career.
