Verse:
Gb B
Just talk yourself up And tear yourself down
Gb B
You've hit your one wall Now find a way around
Gb Abm xD#mx--Db
Well what's the problem? You've got a lot of nerve

Pre-Chorus:
   Ebm Bbm
So what'd you think I would say?
                  B Db
No you can't run away, no you can't run away
   Ebm Db/F
So what did you think I would say?

No you can't run away, no you can't run away
You wouldn't

I put my faith in you, so much faith
         B Db Gb Db
And then you just threw it away

B-Gb-xD#mx-Db-B-Gb-Db - slowly -
You threw it away

Verse:
Gb B
I'm not so naive My sorry eyes can see
Gb B
The way you fly shy Of almost everything
Gb Abm xD#mx--Db--
Well, if you give up You'll get what you deserve

Pre-Chorus:
   Ebm Bbm
So what'd you think I would say?
                  B Db
No you can't run away, no you can't run away
   Ebm Db/F
So what did you think I would say?
                  Gb Abm
No you can't run away, no you can't run away
You wouldn't

Chorus:
B Db Ebm
I never wanted to say this
B Gb Db
  You never wanted to stay
B Db Ebm
I put my faith in you, so much faith
         B Db Gb Db
And then you just threw it away

Bridge - bass -:
You were finished long before
We had even seen the start
Why don't you stand up, be a man about it?
                                    Gb - hold -
Fight with your bare hands about it now

Bridge -play Riff below-:
at "Why don't you stop...", your
fingers must be VERY FAST in this part
Josh Farro did a SEMI SWEEPING here,
it's difficult at first but once you
master this part, it's easy as 1,2,3.

Lily

The worst part is. I can reach all the notes besides E.
Not gonna lie lol

Madalyne Golden

To make e SO MUCH EASIER, because I can’t reach either, is put my 1 and 2 finger where they are supposed to go. Then I put my third finger where I can reach comfortably and mute the string I’m supposed to play with my 4 finger. Sounds the same and is literally a life saver!!!!

MusicPerson

I like +3, I am an alto and it is really easy to sing and play

Emma Pereira

+5 I think is the easiest

Olivia

in the chorus, instead of Bm, it’s F#m 🙂

Livikane

On the bridge, I’m pretty sure it’s just

D
So lonely before
__________E
I finally found

What I’ve been looking for

And then you begin the interlude.

Also, I don’t think there’s an interlude between the first chorus and the first bridge, but I’m not 100 percent sure. 🙂

ellie.archer

transposing it down -2 is so so easy 🙂

kookiekrumb

Hey, if you transpose it down -2, it’s much easier, and on the chorus, try using em instead of am, it sounds a lot better 🙂

Payal Gandhi

Okay thanks 🙂

Jayde

I used -2 with a capo on the second fret and it sounds great
