Even when you're miles away

Coz I am me, the uniVerse and you

We are building Bridges

'Cause I am me, the uniVerse and you, oh ohhhh

The uniVerse and you

The uniVerse and you

When you're on your own

Here’s the version I play! I just do downstrums as I see fit, and have a capo on fret 4.

Verse:
G
I don’t feel a single thing
G7
Have the pills done too much?
C
Haven’t caught up with my friends in weeks
C7 Em D
And now we’re out of touch
G
I’ve been driving in LF
G7
And the world it feels too big
C
Like a floating ball that’s bound to break
C7 Em D
Snap my psyche like a twig

Pre-Chorus:
Cmaj7
And I just wanna see
Cm
If you feel the same as me

Chorus:
C D Em
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life?
C D Em
Like you’re not really happy but you don’t wanna die
C Bm Em
Like you’re hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
D
‘Cause you gotta survive
C D Em
Like your body’s in the room but you’re not really there
C D Em
Like you have empathy inside but you don’t really care
C Bm Em
Like you’re fresh out of love but it’s been in the air
D
Fm I past repair?

Refrain:
C G D
a little bit tired of tryin’ to care when I don’t
Em C G D
a little bit tired of quick repairs to cope
Bm Em
a little bit tired of sinkin’
C
There’s water in my boat
G
I’m barely breathin’
D
Tryna stay afloat
C G D
So I got these quick repairs to cope
D B7 Em
Guess I’m just broken and broke

Interulude: G

Verse:
G
The prescriptions on its way
G7
With a name I can’t pronounce
C
And the dose I gotta take
C7
Boy I wish that I could count

Pre-Chorus:
Cmaj7
‘Cause I just wanna see
Cm
If this could make me happy

Chorus:
C D Em
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life?
C D Em
Like you’re not really happy but you don’t wanna die
C Bm Em
Like you’re hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
D
‘Cause you gotta survive
C D Em
Like your body’s in the room but you’re not really there
C D Em
Like you have empathy inside but you don’t really care
C Bm Em
Like you’re fresh out of love but it’s been in the air
D
Fm I past repair?

Refrain:
C G D
a little bit tired of tryin’ to care when I don’t
Em C G D
a little bit tired of quick repairs to cope
Bm Em
a little bit tired of sinkin’
C
There’s water in my boat
G
I’m barely breathin’

So I got these quick repairs to cope
