Verse 1:
              Gb7sus2
I'm tired of fake fortunes being sold
                 E7sus2
I'm tired of my tyres burning rubber on the road
              Amaj7
Tired of the distance, the lengths that I go to
 Amaj7
Trying to get a bit of credit from you
 Gb7sus2
xxxx that, Real love feels real
   E7sus2
So I don't need to try to synthesise
    Amaj7 Db7
The feel

Pre-Chorus:
               Gbsus2
I'm trying to unlock doors with these musical keys
     E7sus2
My friends puff trees, turn a z to a g
Amaj7 Db7
Oh no
      Gbsus2
And all I do is twinkle the ivory keys
   E7sus2
Indulgently, 'cause I do this for me
Amaj7
I know

Chorus:
    E Ab7
And it just feels a little bit like
                Amaj7 Gbm7
Somebody cut a hole in my pockets
        E Ab7
'Cause I've been trying to do this right
                         Amaj7 Gbm7
With no profits and the loss I can't stop it

Verse 2:
      Gbsus2
And consumption lies at the heart of my bad habits
E7sus2
I live in a world where I want but can't have it
 Amaj7
Tell me why that is the way it is
            Gbsus2
I need some real love, to feel real
                 E7sus2 Amaj7 Db7
But people all around me still try to leave the ties that feel

Pre-Chorus:
               Gbsus2
I'm trying to unlock doors with these musical keys
     E7sus2
My friends puff trees, turn a Z to a G
Amaj7 Db7
Oh no
      Gbsus2
And all I do is twinkle the ivory keys
   E7sus2
Indulgently, 'cause I do this for me
Amaj7
I know

Chorus:
    E Ab7
And it just feels a little bit like
                Amaj7 Gbm7
Somebody cut a hole in my pockets
        E Ab7
'Cause I've been trying to do this right
                         Amaj7 Gbm7
With no profits and the loss I can't stop it

Interlude:

    E Ab7
And it just feels a little bit like
                Amaj7 Gbm7
Somebody cut a hole in my pockets
        E Ab7
'Cause I've been trying to do this right
                         Amaj7 Gbm7
With no profits and the loss I can't stop it
    E Ab7
And it just feels a little bit like
                Amaj7 Gbm7
Somebody cut a hole in my pockets
        E Ab7
'Cause I've been trying to do this right
                         Amaj7 Gbm7
With no profits and the loss I can't stop it

I like -1 and it’s pretty easy. for strumming, I did a slow DU and then a faster DUDUDUDU

miya

a much simpler version of this would be the four basic chords like c, a minor, f major, and g major. strumming pattern as a slow down, down, up, up, down, up 🙂

Cookie

Imma girl and i sang lover girl instead of a boy and that was fantastic

honk

i think -4 sounds best
