Intro: B Bmaj7 Emaj7 E Verse 1: B Bmaj7 You said I was lazy Emaj7 And that might be true Em But that doesn't mean that I should drive three hours to you, oh B Bmaj7 But now you reject the blame Emaj7 And play insane Em And no, I won't just give you a call B Bmaj7 'Cause maybe you're just crazy Emaj7 Em It's not my fault that I'm not in love, oh Instrumental -x2-: B Bmaj7 Emaj7 E Verse 2: B Bmaj7 I moved on before we broke up Emaj7 'Cause you kept my mouth shut Em When you said that I couldn't make that call, oh B Bmaj7 I grew up and I feel fine Emaj7 You should try it sometime Em But who am I to give you advice anymore? B Bmaj7 Maybe I was crazy Emaj7 For staying so long Em For someone who wouldn't even let me go Chorus: B 'Cause everything was your life, your time Bmaj7 Emaj7 Em Your life, your time B 'Cause everything was your life, your time Bmaj7 Emaj7 Em Your life, your time
-1 with capo on 1st fret sounds awesome! but switch fsus4 with a normal F chord, sounds much better
i use the chords c, am, and f. i think it sounds better than the am7 and fsus2 🙂
Anyone have a strumming pattern???
Does anybody know the strumming pattern? I used one strum for each note but it sounded strange.
turn transposer down -1 and use Am7, Fsus2 and C and plug 1st string, 3rd string, 2nd string and 4th string continuously throughout the song,
use Am, F and C if u strum D DD D DD *new chord* D DD D DD and so on for the verses > D UD D D D D *new chord* D UD D D D D for the chorus > the bridge is something you have to feel but i recommend using the same strumming patern as used for the verses
hi
I changed the lines “You’re still the girl in the club, When i held your hair up cus you had to much”, to “You’re still the guy in the club, When you held my hair up cus i had to much” switching the gender, just an idea.
