AnnenMayKantereit Biography
AnnenMayKantereit is a three-piece band that hails from Cologne, Germany. The group, which takes its name from the surnames of its founding members Annen, May, and Kantereit, initially formed in 2011 while the members were still attending Schiller-Gymnasium school in Sülz.
The band started performing on the streets of Cologne, with videos of their performances garnering a following on social media. During one of their practice sessions, they eventually welcomed double bass player Lars Lötgering into the fold.
