Verse 1:
Gmaj7 Fmaj7 Gmaj7
Looks like you're still gettin' used to being fully grown
Gmaj7 Fmaj7 Gmaj7
I know it's hard to slow down when there's still more to go
Gmaj7 Fmaj7 Gmaj7
Maybe it's just how you're treated, not something you know
Gmaj7 Fmaj7
Only so much you can explain over the phone

Pre-Chorus:
Gmaj7 -nc- Fmaj7
So I'm coming to you, can I get your permission to lay underneath ya
      -nc- Gmaj7
Not a special occasion, I just had a feelin'

Wanna ask how you doin' and mean it, I mean it

Just keep your passion for flowers and it'll patch up your youth
              Gmaj7
And there's a whole lot of rain but there's a hole in the roof
              Fmaj7
That makes it easy to swim in the bad attitude

Gmaj7 Fmaj7
