Intro -x2-: A Dmaj7 E

Verse 1:
A Dmaj7 E
I only thought it for a minute but it got me down
A Dmaj7 E
That kind of feeling when you've got something to cry about
A Dmaj7 E
And all the talking turned to screaming that I couldn't help
            Gbm D E
This isn't me, me, me

A Dmaj7 E
I only thought it for a moment but it's crippling
A Dmaj7 E
I guess the gravity of going out is sinking in
A Dmaj7 E
What if I'm missing the capacity for all of it
            Gbm Dmaj7 E
This isn't me, me, me

Chorus:
         A Dmaj7 E
And I'm so scared of losin' all control
         A Dmaj7 E
Don't you tell me it's better to let go
           A Dmaj7 E
When the weight of the world feels so close
           Gbm Dmaj7 E
It's only me, me, me

Verse 2:
A Dmaj7 E
Audrey told me that she thinks it might be in my head
A Dmaj7 E
How I'm overthinking everything I never said
A Dmaj7 E
How it's killing me a little to be different, oh
          Gbm Dmaj7 E
It isn't me, me, me

Chorus:
         A Dmaj7 E
But I'm so scared of losin' all control
         A Dmaj7 E
Don't you tell me it's better to let go
           A Dmaj7 E
When the weight of the world feels so close
           Gbm Dmaj7 E
It's only me, me, me

Bridge:

Hard to sleep, could it be
E
Only me, only me?
Bm7 D
Hard to sleep, could it be
E
Only me, only me?
Bm7 D
Hard to sleep, could it be

Only me, only me?

I'm so scared of losin' all control
         A Dmaj7 E
When they tell me it's better to let go
           A Dmaj7 E
When the weight of the world feels so close
           Gbm Dmaj7 E
It's only me, me, me

         A Dmaj7 E
And I'm so scared of losin' all control
         A Dmaj7 E
When they tell me it's better to let go
           A Dmaj7 E
When the weight of the world is so close
           Gbm Dmaj7 E
It's only me -Me-, me -Me-, me
           Gbm Dmaj7 E
It's only me, me, me
