I had a delicious supper tonight! My dad made creamy chicken soup and biscuits. It was so tasty, I think I want more already! It’s bedtime, though.
That reminds me, I’ve been cooking more often lately. I know how to make lots of things, and I think it’s because I watched my parents cook a lot as a kid. I also got my mom to teach me how to brown ground beef a bit ago, and so now I know how to make tacos and hamburger helper. I’ve been making spaghetti every once in a while for a few weeks now. I put cream cheese in the sauce. It tastes delicious, trust me. You’ll never be able to go back. Sometimes I make extra sauce and extra meatballs on purpose so I can just eat the meatballs and sauce. I’ve also learned how to cook bacon. I’ve been making bacon and putting it on breakfast sandwiches (with bagels, not english muffins), but I always make the bacon too crispy. Whoops.
Maybe the key takeaway of this post is that I put cream cheese on too many things. Breakfast sandwiches, spaghetti… I’m gonna make myself sick of it at this rate!
I have a tendency to fixate on foods until I make myself sick of them sometimes. Its an ADHD thing, I’m pretty sure. I need to expand my palette (or maybe just my pantry)!See you later! Thanks for reading if you read everything. I’m listening to Rebecca Sugar’s “Ice Water” right now!
