this sounds nothing like it :/
guys try G#, G#maj and C#maj7 it sounds a bit better and is easier to play
i’ve figured it out! you can use a capo but either way it’s gonna be bar chords. what i did was put my capo on fret 1 and then did bar chord on fret 8 and played C and Cmaj7 and then just play Cmaj7 with capo on fret 1 or use bar chord fret 1!
Sounds really good but my wrist cramps after like 30 seconds.
this is perfect if you follow the instructions
I use the C, Cmaj7, and A chords… I just play by ear?
these chords are wild-
i’ve been waiting for someone to post this song on this website for the longest time!!! thank you 🙂
Does anyone know a simplified version that might not be uncomfortable?
-1 is easiest
Put it in -1 and replace g7 with gmaj7 and it sounds about right
The reason this song sounds off when you play with the recording is because this song was recorded at A=452 HZ
capo 1st
bar 8th
strum down c
strum down cmaj7
under capo: cmaj 7, G, Bm7, Bm7C (Bm7 with one finger on C)
C: DUD U DD U D x2
G: DUD U DD U D
Bm7: DUD U
Bm7C: DDU D
capo 1st
bar 8th
strum down c
strum down cmaj7
under capo: cmaj 7, G, Bm7, Bm7C (Bm7 with one finger on C)
C: DUD U DD U D x2
G: DUD U DD U D
Bm7: DUD U
Bm7C: DDU D
I literally just use a capo, put it on the 9th fret, use my 2nd finger to get the C and Cmaj7 and then quickly move the capo to the 2nd fret and play a Cmaj7
What should my ukulele be tuned to?
