Hello, I believe that the 4th chord is incorrect. It should be a Db chord. Yes there is an F as the bass note there, but the chord isn’t in root position so it is not an Fm chord. It is a first inversion Db chord with the third of the chord in the bass. There is no need to play the inversion on the uke, just a Db chord will do. The four chord sequence should be: Gb / Ab / Bbm / Db /
The song is definitely easier either +1 (moved to Gmaj) or +6 (Cmaj).
