Start steady and simple then build the strumming as the song grows.

Aw I love that they remember the theatre kids on Ukutabs<3
My hands are too small to play the E chord, any easier replacements?
if anyone wants (in my opinion) a better way to play this i recommend checking out liana flores on youtube because she has done this musical mashup and her way of playing waving through a window really sounds like the original! she has a chord chart for it online as well
Ben Platt: “So I’ve got nothing to share, No I’ve got nothing to say”
Also Ben Platt: StEp OuT sTeP oUt Of ThE sUn!!
I feel like this is a close match, but the actual chords for the song go as so:
A Asus4 Asus2
I’ve learned to slam on the brake
A Asus4 Asus2
Before I even turn the key
A Asus4 Asus2
Before I make the mistake
A Asus4 F#m Asus2
Before I lead with the worst of me
*these are chords for the verses, so repeat….*
Also in the chorus, you want to replace the E with your Asus2. After the key change, replace Eb with a Cm7. Hope this helps a bit! 😀
but ab0ut h4m1lt0n
I can’t play ab for the life of me, any replacements? I am using -2 on transposer
instead of using a and gbm, Use c, csus4 and csus2. It sounds amazing! So do
c csus4 csus2
ive learnt to slam on the brake.
the chords are easier than e so google them
i found that if you change the A to E in the intro, it matches the 3 chords played in the intro of the song 🙂
It sounds better if you put a capo on 2 while keeping the transpose on 0. 🙂
They don’t have it, but repeat the interlude 4 times to get the original song.
strum pattern anyone?
can someone save me with a replacement for ab? no way I can do it
Strumming pattern?
Remember the interlude before the bridge is done 3 times. the first 2 lower, and the last one higher.
i needed this
-2 is easy enough
I liked the advice u have, but I feel that the way it’s put it the music works better to this song. Thanks anyway!
that sounds really cool thanks for the tip :3
