Sounds so good on the ukulele NGL
Just wanted to say – great song, wonderful chords, easy for a beginner like me to play without too much trouble & makes me feel good how close it sounds to the original; but also that I have been using this website for WEEKS and just now noticed that you can actually set the page to SCROLL FOR YOU at various speeds as you play…. mind blown!
I play D DDU UD DDU, or D DDU UD DUDU through entire song. I break them as below.
C: D DDU
G: UD DUDU
Am: D DDU
E7: UD DUDU
F: D DDU
G: UD DUDU
C: D DDU
Am: UD
G: DUDU
i do DDUUDU and for am and g quickly i do DDU each. in some places i play the E7 a little earlier than what it says so the timing matches
I use D D DUD and it sounds amazing!!
Lovely song!!
Brilliant, and not as difficult as I thought it would be. For the final chords, I find that F – Fm – C works a little better instead of F – G – C.
love love love
Love this tune so easy
Perfect! Especially enjoy chords when the person who was writing them up is thoughtful enough to include them over the full song as opposed to the too often found “same as the first verse” – meaning you have to keep scrolling back up when learning it!
love this song
My goodness, this sounds so good on the ukulele <3
hey how is that Am-G transition different from other transitions? How should I play it? (I’m not a pro)
just saying but the strumming pattern i use is DUDUDD 🙂
its actually E instead of E7, E is played when on the piano and in my opinion it sounds better than E7
hi, what’s the strum pattern?
This is a brilliant song and I love it. This song is easy to play
such a beautiful song for Manchester xxx
Does someone have an easy strumming pattern for this ? 🙂 Thank you !
I love this so much! It’s so straightforward but exciting to play. LOVE IT!
