For people confused I’m pretty sure that the reason the first line might sound a bit off is because it’s a later part in the music rather then the true original theme. To make it right, instead of the second zero onwards it needs to be 4 on the e string the two on the a string then 0 on the e string

Hey, Dollyann! It super easy. So each line represents a strong so in this case- the top line represents the bottom string(A) and the bottom line represents the top string(G). As for the numbers, they represent the fret. So when it has a 1 on the top line, you pluck the A string with your finger held onto the first fret.
