Did anyone else learn a longer version of this song?? Because I remember after squishing the bumblebee, it was “I’m licking up my baby bumblebee” and you would sing it with your tongue out, doing a licking motion to your palms, and then it went “I’m throwing up my baby bumblebee” then to “I’m washing off my baby bumblebee” and then to “I’m drying off/ hanging up (can’t remember which) my baby bumblebee.” I swear I’m not crazy I remember this so vividly. Was my preschool just messed up-
a couple f years ago i learnt this for guide camp, but it was so morbid – it was like licking up the bumblebee and stuff. If we go to camp after covid, i am 100% bringing my ukelele and singing this. They can’t stop me.
