Chop fast tight down-ups to echo the song's jittery staccato string riff.
5 Ukulele-Akkorde verwendet in "Toxic" von Britney Spears: Cm, Db, D, Eb und G

Enough with the Phandom. Where are my og crybabies?
I accidentally started singing the Melanie version… LETS KEEP GOING!
Can they not say “same chords as before” because I have to go back and look at the chords again in order to remember
PHANDOM UNITE!!!!
If you want the little riff for it, it’s:
-8–5–6–5–3—
Works on any string but highest would be best, play at end of each verse (I think) hope this helps!
Woah, the comment thing messed that up a bit. Here should be a more readable version (ignore the lines):
Dm_______________________
Too high, can’t come down
Dm______________________________________F
Losing my head spinning round and round
A____________________Dm
__Do you feel me now?
_______Dm_____________________Bb
With a taste of your lips, I’m on a ride
F______________A________________
_You’re toxic, I’m slpping under
_______Dm___________________Bb______
With a taste of your poison paradise
_______F________________________A______________________
I’m addicted to you, don’t you know that you’re toxic?
Yo phandom where you at
change the Db to G
I like to replace E with E7 chord. It’s a but easier to play (especially if you have smaller hands) and personally it sounds nicer
Does anyone have any idea what you could do instead of Db? I tried to find something, but failed miserably… anyone have any suggestions?
anyone else think the chord cm is too happy for the song? It just doesn’t fit the taste.
The chords are really good, for the most part! I found -3 much easier for me not only to play, but to sing as well! If you want it easier and don’t have a lower voice, then you can always stick to the higher voice and lower playing kinda like a harmonization because that sounds really good too! I kinda switch between the both. And also, the cords sound way better and much easier to play if you switch “B” to “F” , “Bb/A#” to “Em” and also switch “E” to “Em” if you have a hard time playing “E” like I do! I actually think that “Em” sounds way better in my opinion, but it all depends on how you choose to play the piece!
For example:
Dm
Too high, Can’t come down
Dm F
Losing my head spinning round and round
A Dm
Do you fell me now?
Dm Bb
With a taste of your lips, I’m on a ride
F A
You’re toxic, I’m slipping under
Dm Bb
With a taste of poison paradise
F A Dm Bb
I’m addicted to you, don’t you know that you’re toxic
F A
And I love what you do, don’t you know that you’re toxic?
Also, if you can’t do an E chord very well then here are the chords transposed:
Am will change to Dm
C will change to F
E will change to A
F will change to a Bb
I find this to be much easier.
When it is transposed down to -2, I change the B chord to an F and I change the Bb chord to an E.
love this so much
you dont like the original tabs, -3 is a good alternative for lower voices and +2 s a good alternative for higher voices in my opinion.
I started singing the Melanie Martinez version
Personally I like -3!
+2 is honestly (to me) the best one and its easier then most other ones
