Stomp steady downstrokes in the verse then drive hard in the chorus

a cheat for B7: if you put one finger across the whole second bar and then put one finger on second fret fourth string it works the same! hoe it helps! :3
In verse 1, the last line in the lyric is
“That work while they all play” not
“the one that work while they all play”
It will mess you up.
Kinda sad they didn’t put the guitar solo in, but oh well
that was legitnes! *it was wasnt it?*
I love to play this song I actually play it almost daily now
Just wondering, what’s the strumming pattern. I’m new at ukulele and have been using DDUUDU for everything.
Here is a trick for people having trouble with B7. do a normal B except don’t put your finger on the bottom string.
Yeah. It’s, “you’d always knew, you’d be the one, to work while they all play.”
I agree. What’s the strumming pattern? I looked it up but I don’t think it’s ddudd
B7 sounds a little weird on the baritone
+5 works too you just have to change ur voice but it sounds good
It sounds loads better when you change the C in the verses to G 🙂
I found that -2 was the easiest, with vocal range and the chords being used, changing the Bb to D sounds better and is easier too!
Thanks Conner12
🙂
+5 is easer
In the chorus, on the line “built this town,” I think the chords Em, D, and B7 on each word sounds much better than C
If, as with me, the combination of Em, D, B7 sounded off, you can try substituting D for C
HEYYYYY
In the chorus, on the line “built this town,” it sounds way better to have Em, D, then B7 instead of C.
