I think that plus one is the easiest, especially in the beginning when you have to switch from Dmitry to F.

You can down tune your uke a half step to F#, B, D#, G# and set it to +1 and it sounds a lot better in my opinion and more like the song. But that’s just my opinion.

I would suggest an alternate chord pattern for the Dbm and E chord to make an easier transition.
E like this:

It is written in Key E, so to make it easier I tune down half a step and play in key F [tune down half step, and use the chords in [+1] ]
