Fingerpick the arpeggios softly and build volume as the song swells

When you’ve lost all your friends in Among Us :'(
I don’t know about anyone else but i prefare to play Am instead of g at the end of the chorus
This comment is so late to the table but it sound so good if you play each chord with plucking the G and then C string followed by both the outer strings. Sounds so nice!
Does the chorus sound wrong to anyone else?
this is so wrong
this doesnt even have the full song 🙁
Yeah its not just repeat the chorus chords
G chord at the end (till end) to me doesn’t sound right. Any confirmation on that?
I learned how to play this for a friend that lost her mum and I played to her recently and she said she was going to buy a ukelele so she can learn it as well. I thought that was very sweet of her
The outro should be 2x:
AmC D // Am C Am
I’m playing this on guitar lol, but this song is put together weird in my opinion. At the beginning the chords are: Am C D Am C D Am, and then you start singing. At the end of the chorus its a repetition of the chords at the beginning of the song and THEN its Verse 2. At the end of Verse 2 it goes back to the chorus, but this time you play the G at the end and you go to the outro, “if i could start again…” and you continue the Am F C G progression, and end the song on an Am instead of G. This is just how i learned to play it
Note to self: Pluck top two strings strum bottom two, one downward motion, 123
instead of f use fadd9, it sounds better
I did DDUUDU for the strumming pattern 🙂 hope this helps!
what’s the strumming pattern ?
i like to end it G D F Am
Use Am for the last cord. Sounds great that way
I used a chord on the last word
When 9 Inch Nails heard Johnny Cash’s cover of Hurt, they said it was his song after that. Obviously it was still owned by their label, lol, but I don’t think they mind people recognizing it as Johnny 🙂
Personally, I like to play this song by picking the C, E, and A strings with each chord
