Start with soft single downstrokes then add upstrokes as the final chorus lifts.

Wow a piece where a female tenor can actually play with out having to transpose would you look at that ?
for me, the chords are easier to play at -4, and it’s easier to sing 🙂
These chords are perfect.
What’s the best strumming pattern for this?
I find -4 the easiest (especially for lower voice)
On the phrase “back at me”:
Throw in Asus4 right on the word “back” and then hit Dm on “me”
Sounds golden
transmasc anthem lol
Everything is perfect!!! (except i’m really bad at doing an E chord so i substituted with E7 and it also sounded really good<3)
I’m glad that this is the original version. I mean, Christina Aguilera is all very well, but the original version has a clear, pure, innocence in the sound that I love.
i could just kiss this sheet of music
Any good strumming patterns?
I find that +1 may not be as easy for vocalists who rather lower notes, but I think it’s the easiest when it comes to the ukulele chords. It’s also not terribly vocally challenging.
great song
I like it!
what’s an easier version to play for beginners?
Ya, +1 is best for higher voices.
DaFabEgg try transposing it +1. It’s a great key for a soprano and its pretty easy (only issue is that darn Ebm)
Any suggestions for a girl with a soprano voice…?
Thanks! ^^
I think it’s easiest transposed to -4
