Biography

Born in Portsmouth England on September 28, 2003, Lauren Spencer-Smith is a Canadian singer and YouTuber who became best known for her appearance in the season 18 of American Idol at the age of 16. Her 2019 YouTube video of her performing her rendition of “Always Remember Us This Way” by Lady Gaga while driving her dad’s truck became viral. More recently, Lauren went viral on TikTok with a snippet of her new single, “Fingers Crossed”, which released January 5, 2022, becoming an internet phenomenon.
