For me the best strumming pattern was just ‘Down, hit’ and I do that 4 times until the next chord change. I’m a beginner and this really seems to work for me, I hope it helps!

Best strum pattern I found was plucking all the strings 2 times and stopping it on the third one like pluck pluck stop pluck pluck stop I found very easy I’m not sure if it will help others though also do that about four times before changing to next chord
