When it comes to the C7 at the end of the verse, I hit the fist fret of the top A string with my thumb. Not sure what chord that would be, but try it!
Very nice arrangement but the ending technically needs a little clarification. While the last two lines repeat, the second time around there’s a pause after ‘you’ve got me in between’, and the chord that it holds on is missing.
