Add a muted chunk on the offbeat to match the punchy pop backbeat.

-1 is the easiest.
use the chords A,G,C and F
Guys, you need a capo for your ukulele. The original notes don’t sound good because I think they’re hard to play, but with a capo, a round clip that changes the pitch in the ukulele without finger, it does actually sound very much like the song. Trust me, I tried. But if you don’t have one, just stick to -6, +6, or -1. Up to you.
I just watched a tutorial from the Ukulele teacher. The strumming pattern in verse is DD UU DU, in prechorus single downstrums, chorus and bridge DU DU DU DU
fenderluc, these chords are actually correct, you may just have a different vocal range than Shawn Mendes. Your voice might be too low or too high, but these chords are the correct and original ones.
for the strumming pattern I found the D-U U-U-U works well and for the intro I found if you use the cords of Am, G, C, F with the same strumming pattern
hey Nick I have a question when you tune it a step down what notes would you tune it to?
You can also just put a capo and play in C G F Am
hey yalllll this song kinda sucks to sing if ur female cuz you keep having to switch octaves
butttt if you just transpose it to -1 (wayyy easier chords) and capo on the fifth fret *chefs kiss*
i have a kinda wide range so if you are comfortable singing alto and sop you good
I do no chord for the last word
I use -1 with capo (on the first) and suits well with my voice. You can use DD UU DU for everything but i like to do on the chorus DD(chuck) UU D(chuck)U or more simple DUDUDUDU.
Let’s uke thanks. This actually works.
I found that +3 has pretty easy chords and suits my voice well. Try DD-DD-DU as the strum pattern (play DD as one strum but hold for 2 beats and rest for one on the dash).
I find that -1 is the easiest but +6 suits my voice the best ??♀️
the chorus strumming is different theneverything else, right?? does anybody know what it is?
I use a pattern that really changes the song and gives it a kind of island vibe. If you’re into that kind of thing, try DDU UDU.
I use this strumming everytime it works with anything ddu pause udud repeat
Has anyone got easier ways to play Db?
I feel like the lyrics are a bit off, but I’m probably wrong.
-6 is way easier and sounds way better. 🙂
