I love this song! it makes me wanna cry every time! Who here has lost a loved one?
i love this!! it’s so easy and sounds great!
I love that the song is so easy!
this is very helpful since I started playing ukulele just 2 days ago! I always find it hard to look back and forth at the lyrics and then over to the chords chart.Life just got a lot easier!
You could play a C for the last chord
What’s the strumming pattern? Idk why but it’s never there
this song is spot on i love it!
I love this song. It reminds me of my grandma who sadly passes away from cancer and year and a half ago. I also lose a lot of friends since all of them moved, or I moved do a new school and have to start over (I haven’t moved houses, but I’m just really smart.) I am so thankful for all of my friends who stayed with me after I started going to a new school, I really love them to death and if one of them died I would probably cry. Just remember, try to make use of the time you have with someone because you never know when they may leave and go. <3
What do the slashes at the top mean?
On that note, I recommend the strum pattern of DX and later at the bridge area, that you do DD X
Love you songs
loved it
Wonderful! This helped me a lot I just started learning and this is my first pop song 😀
DXD is the pattern i use and it fits perfectly
.
So I like to strum down down down for song. But the bridge that’s like ‘everybody hurts sometime’ I do down down tap tap and also do that for ‘everything will be alright’. But do Down tap for rest of bridge. Depends on what you personally prefer! 🙂
I recommend DDDD for song and bridge DDXX for first part and DDDD for rest
I just lost my 6th grade teacher. Now I can’t stop crying while singing this song lol 🥲
Here’s a good way to pluck it, pluck strings C E then G and A at the same time, then C and E at the same time, then G and A at the same time again.
So C-E – GA CE – GA
or if you number the strings:
2-3 -1,4 2,3 -1,4
I’ve played this song so much I’ve got the chords memorized.
I love this song, it’s best to do down up for each cord for the strumming pattern.
For the chorus, you can just strum C G Am F with a DDUDDU DDD (or DD) it worked for me and sounded really good :))
