4 ukulele chords used in "Juliet" by Cavetown: Am, C, Em and F

who else is playing this song on repeat because they’re having a mental break down because they’re parents treat them like they don’t exist because you recently came out to them that they’re trans, and they also took your phone away because they’re scared that your friends are having a bad infuence on you, and you’ve been having panic attacks from being alone. then they also won’t let you lock your door becuase they’re also scared your gonna kill yourself and or your friends are gonna try and break into your room. and your mom keeps asking why your mad at her when she should be mad at you. and she keeps yelling at you to clean the house and your room, and uses the excuse she’s sick and can’t do anything.and when you try to talk to her about having panic attacks and having insomnia, she says your giving your attitude. and you use drawing as a coping mechanism, and your mom comes in and grabs your sketch book saying that it looks “cool” when it actually makes you really sad and hurt. and none of your friends are trying to conntact you even tho you haven’t chatted to them in weeks, so you think they never really liked you in the first place. so your now sitting on your bed with your computer playing this wonderful song by a wonderful, amazing artist contemplating the meaning of life?
just me? great. amazing chords tho.
wow. I did just vent tho.
I DID NOT MEAN TO DISLIKE THIS IS AN AMAZING TAB WONT LET ME UNDO IT HELP
for the “but i need to understand” i used Dm and Am
and for the rest of the chorus (“when i can’t power through…” and onwards) i used C G Am and F
sounds better in my opinion
for those looking for the chloe version, its -3
strumming pattern is DDU UDU i think :p though i can be wrong
actually +1 is the original version
‘Em’ didn’t sound right to me, so i just replaced it with ‘G’ and urdsfvnd its so good
I swear it’s ‘Clarks in his size’ not ‘corks in his eyes’ I’m most likely wrong, but that’s just what I hear lmao
if you have trouble with E you can replace it with G :3
i hope that she looks at me and thinks, sh!t, they’re so pretty.
On the part where it says “but I need to understand” I play Dm and then F because it just sounds better to me.
+6 for low female voices (you’re welcome)
The chords aren’t as scary as they seem, Bb is the toughest and it’s a good one to learn, the B chord formation is easier and also super important (especially for jazz chord formations) an Bbm is easy if you use your thumb on the g string like I do lololol
i cry to this song. thats all I have to say
In Chloe Moriando’s version she skips Em, so the strumming pattern is like DDUUDU *switch chords* DDUUDU *switch* DDUUDU UDU UDU. and then repeat. But I add in Em in every 2nd or 3rd repeat so it’s a mix of this, a Chloe’s.
Is the spacing really messed up for anyone else?? Like I’m sure it’s an amazing tab but I can’t read it cus the text is almost overlapping
I love this song sm!! <3 Its really easy and playable with an easy DD strumming pattern!
I do D DU DU DU for the verses
this song is absolutely so amazing and i love it whole heartedly.🫶🏻
I love this song so much I can’t even
Drop the strumming pattern
