I use single down strums on the intro and the bridge, but for everything else, I use a DDU-UDU pattern. I also skip the G when it says “Am G”
Because of the meaning of the original song, it’s kind of dark. It’s a good idea to make it kind of happy

If you play F and then G at the end of the bridge, stop, and do a tap before jumping full-speed into the chorus, it sounds realy cool and builds up the energy 🙂
