Why would someone post the chords with the chorus (repeated identically multiple times) but not place the chords in-line with the verses (when the words are changing, i.e., it would actually be helpful)?

This is awesome! Simple chords and yeah it is really cool. I recommend adding the occasional F to the end of the chorus though because it gets a bit boring with just the Am.
