Tune it down to -2 for a slightly easier to play and sing version.
Personally, i think that in the chorus the G before the D is actually an A
after the last d chord in each line of the chorus i play an A chord just to make it a tad bit more interesting before transitioning to the next line 🙂

I believe that the Bb should actually be D. I could be wrong, but personally I thought it sounded better. Great tab though! I love this song!
