The B should be a Bm.
In -2 instead of an E I do an E minor and instead of A I do A minor! I find it makes it sound sweeter
I like to use bm instead of b, and gbm instead of gb.
-7 sounds really good but I substitute E with Em, it’s a lot easier
Any one know a good strumming pattern or should I just go back to old reliable ( island strum) ?
sounds better if, for the chorus, you do Am F C Gsus4, idk this version just sounds better.
-2 and changing the A to an Am / E to an Em is easier and also works great for higher voices with a capo on the third fret
instead of using b for “say something” use bm for “say” and em for “something”
Bm G D Asus2 A
Say something, I’m giving up on you.
saw it on another website.
Instead of doing D, I did Dm, I find it works better.
Once you change the chords this is really easy and fun!
Bm sounds better than B
This sounds completely wrong, does it need a capo or something?
B is Bm
For the strumming pattern I just do a simple DDU and for the last two lines, (Say something I’m giving up on you. Say something….) I do a single down strum for each chord. Love this song. If you wanna check out some okay singing, go follow my Smule Singing account. My name on there is Willowbeeb. If you don’t have the Smule Singing app, you should definitely get it, it’s really fun.
I don’t realize they already had this so I just submitted it lol
instead of b, i do bm, and i think it sounds so much better!!!
b should be changed to bm 🙂 sounds a lot better
